The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) released Local Budget Circular No. 148, dated December 23, 2022.
The circular provides the guidelines for the grant of honorarium for SK officials, and additional benefits subject to the discretion of the Local Government Unit (LGU), pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 11768.
