This course will present to the participants the Procurement Planning Budget Cycle because effective and strategic planning helps ensure that procurement methods are established to attain value for money and make thorough decisions. In this course, the participants will come across different players in planning and challenges in procurement. The participants will also learn how to identify needs, do an assessment, and procure and implement through the Philippine Procurement Paradigm.
By the end of the module, the participants shall:
Apply and incorporate the fundamentals of procurement planning;
Describe the basic principles of market research; and
Identify relevant procurement projects with proper budget allocation within the given timeline.
